Eyetique - Shadyside

I’ve had a wonderful experience here and absolutely love the high-quality selection of glasses they offer. The staff is incredibly professional and friendly, making every visit a pleasant and seamless process. It is easily my favorite place for eye care and finding the perfect frames!

It was very easy to get an appointment scheduled and I like that I didn’t have to wait for months. The atmosphere was great inside and everything looks very bright and modern. The staff were super friendly and very attentive. The appointment was quick and simple…no long waits. The glasses selection was huge and there’s something for every price point, which was nice. Once I picked my glasses up, the prescription was perfect and the lady working there was happy to get the frame adjusted to my face. Highly recommend. I’ll be back year. 🤗

Jenan Sallit OD is incredibly knowledgeable and did an incredible job with fixing my contact prescription. If you can believe it I've had 2 terrible contacts prescriptions at other places (but to be fair I seem to have a tricky astigmatism and myopia). She took the time to make sure the prescription was perfect and recommended a comfier contact lens than the one I had previously. Highly recommend seeing her!

I have been coming to this location maybe since I was 14 and no matter who’s here they’re always wonderful and welcoming. Even one of the most recent times I came with my one year-old daughter, and they were so welcoming and accommodating. And Dr.Sallit is amazing. I’m going to miss this place when I move 10 out of 10 service every time.

Dr. Sallit is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and caring. The doctor took into consideration the unique circumstances of her patient and was motivated by their well-being. University parents looking for a place for their students to take care of their eye needs, know that they will be in good hands here.

Amanda and the staff at Eyetique in Shadyside were wonderful to deal with. They are knowledgeable, accommodating and professional. I will travel to Shadyside and get my glasses there from now on.

So glad I have insurance that is accepted here again. No one else compares to the level of professionalism and outright quality service of the employees that work at this location. Can't wait to pick up my new Tom Ford glasses. Thanks!
